Amy is a talented and passionate chef; she has been classically trained at George Brown College. Her career has taken her all over the world from Australia to Guatemala and beyond. She has a gift for flavors and whips up delicious and nutritious creations. She loves to work with all kinds of cuisines from Mexico to Thailand and the Mediterranean.
